1. Pick your briefcase
At the start, you’ll see a line-up of sealed briefcases, each hiding a cash amount. You choose one to keep—no peeking yet! That locked briefcase could hold anything from a few shillings up to potentially hundreds of thousands of Kenyan Shillings.
2. Reveal the amounts
Next, you start opening the rest, one by one. As each briefcase is cracked open, the amount inside is shown. Your aim? Keep the big numbers in play so your chances of scoring a huge cash prize go up.
3. Banker's offer drops
After a set number of cases are opened, the banker sends in an offer. It’s based on what’s left on the board and the perceived value of your own case. You’ll see a pop-up with KSh figures—will you take it or let it ride?
4. Your big decision
If you say "no deal," the game rolls on. You’ll open more cases, ruling out amounts and getting fresh offers. Weigh up the risk and reward: sometimes that KSh150,000 deal looks better than chasing the top prize.
5. Final switch and reveal
When only a handful of briefcases remain, you get the option to swap yours with another. Then it’s showtime—the contents of your case are revealed and you walk away with whatever’s inside.
